If you don't recognize the name of this Cary neighborhood bar and grill, you'll definitely be able to put 2 & 2 together after you walk through the door. Abbey Road pays tribute to the 60's and 70's. Walls adorned with pop culture items stand out in the tavern atmosphere and give newcomers something to talk about. The majority of patrons are regulars who enjoy the comfort of a familiar place. Newbies should come with a big appetite, but don't need to worry about breaking the bank.

Abbey Road has been nominated multiple years for Best Burger in the Triangle and it is not hard to see why. 

Their award winning burgers are fresh hand pattied 10 oz. Certified Angus Beef cooked the way you like them. All burgers and byrds are served on fresh, locally baked Kaiser rolls and come with you choice of side. Your choice of ground chuck, chicken breast, turkey burger or veggie burger. We recommend an item from their "Beatle Burgers" section, the Ringo: grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, American and Havarti cheeses! 

Not in the mood for a burger? They have something for everyone! With their extensive menu you can enjoy salads, gyros, wraps, sandwiches, cheese fries, nachos, pickle chips, black bean & cheese quesadilla sticks and more! Try something from their Abbey Favorites section which includes large platters full of chicken tenders, fish and chips, pulled pork, Abbey Road Dogs and chicken parmesan. Or just have a seat at the bar to relax, catch a game and enjoy a cold beer. 

Come out every Wednesday for Open Mic Night beginning at 9 p.m.

I started going to Abbey Road before the renovations. I have ALWAYS had good service (except once which everyone seemed like they were new). I most often order the gyro and onion rings and have never been disappointed. I judge places like this on their onion rings and Abbey Road is the best in the area. My husband orders the hamburgs and they have done the meat perfect every time, except once. I had the fish fry once, and have learned to ask if whatever I was ordering was frozen - anywhere I go.

Have tried this place a few times ..and each time is worse than before. Tasteless reheated frozen food... I will pass from now on.
