911 call: Woman wakes up to armed robber in bedroom

The woman, whose husband was out of town, was home with her children last Friday when the alleged crime happened. A family friend, who is also an FBI agent, called 911 to report the home invasion because he said the woman was too terrified to speak with emergency dispatchers. 

The caller said the armed robber told the woman: "I've been in your house for the last couple of hours. I have some friends helping with the TVs that are in the house. I'm here for your jewelry. I've here for your cash."

The caller said the thief also made the woman write down her bank account number as well as her children's banking information.

Then he said, "I've been doing this for the last seven years and haven't been caught. I need you to get $45,000 tomorrow. Leave it on Holloway Street," the caller told 911.

Authorities have not said whether any money was exchanged, but an incident report shows about $48,000 worth of jewelry and electronics as well as a gun were stolen from the house, near the intersection of Penny and Holly Springs roads.
