With websites such as Pinterest, it’s easy to find recipes for almost anything, including low-carb meals. Just one search and I was able scroll through hundreds of mouth-watering recipes in a matter of minutes.
But what I’ve come to find is that many of the low-carb, high protein meals require many steps. Or the list of ingredients feels like a mile long. This makes the idea of eating healthier short lived. Sure, it’s okay to make a complicated recipe every now and again. But keeping things simple sure makes it much easier for everyone, especially the cook!
These eight recipes are the whole package. They are healthy, easy to make, low-carb, high in protein and perfect for busy weeknight dinners. Let’s eat!
