DURHAM, N.C. — A 64-year-old Durham man has been accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl in December, police said.

Jimmy Jones, of Fairfield Road, faces charges of taking indecent liberties with a minor, sexual battery, statutory sexual offense and contributing to the delinquency of a child.

He was being held on a $1 million bond Thursday evening.
