Every Friday evening, we highlight the top-and bottom-scoring restaurants. However, most restaurants fall in the middle of the scale.
So we turn to our viewers for the Restaurants by Request segment, and ask you what restaurants you want to hear about.
We get each restaurant's last three regular inspection reports, so you can have an idea of the restaurant's history, which shows a more complete picture of its ongoing sanitation practices.
Some restaurants receive a two-point bonus for attending a food safety course. We do not include those points, because they have nothing to do with the actual sanitation of the restaurant at the time of the inspection.
