You've got that right, Southern Fried Yankee! Unfortunately, most places DO have this on the schedule. The people you end up hiring at restaurants just ignore things they are too lazy to do (like clean the ice machine) and things like this happen. It takes constant supervision to keep them on track. It only gets worse every year, too, because people just keep getting lazier and lazier and expect to get paid for doing nothing.

I can guarantee you that in each case, it was a lack of supervision and letting kids run the place that got them in this predicament.

It seems that every week there's some restaurant that gets nailed for mold in the ice machine...How hard can it BE to clean that thing once a week? Put it on the schedule!!!
