<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A man charged with fraud in connection with his two companies was indicted by a grand jury Friday.

Prosecutors say Jim Davis orchestrated an elaborate real estate scheme that involved investors, renters, homebuilders, buyers and sellers.
