Harris Teeter Super Doubles brag thread continued!

Posted August 12, 2011

I am reposting the HT Super Doubles Brag Thread so you find it easily and keep posting your great deals through Tuesday!

Let's hear it smart shoppers! What were your totals and your best deals? This is the place to post your receipt totals and anything else you want to brag about from your Harris Teeter super doubles shops this week. I love reading about everyone's savings!

Here are my totals from the shop I did on Wednesday (8/10) at the HT on Ten Ten Road and 401. Boy, was it crowded! There was a line 20 carts long waiting to check out! Luckily, I brought some extra ice packs into the store in my recycle bag so my Silk and Almond milks stayed cool.  It was great to chat with so many folks from the blog while shopping!

knowles, Yes ma'am, I have the $2 rebate for Finesse. :) They paid me $1.06 (minus the stamp and the $0.50 I paid) to take that off of their hands. :)

I think I'm super doubled out for this round. I'd love to see triples come back around again though.

I have really enjoyed super doubles. I have a nice stockpile of essentials. How often does HT do super doubles?

lauraj85 - I have a cheap HP printer that is a little older but it works great! I was just about to put it on Craigslist for $25.00. Email me if interested:

I'm a newbie so this was my first try at Super Doubles. I did okay but I could have done better if I had a printer to print coupons! Lol. We're looking at buying a cheap printer for my new hobby, though :).
I *only* saved 54% but I did buy some of the $3.77/lb ground beef. I also got the BOGO Deer Park water without a coupon. Got some great deals, though - cereal for $1 each, HT Your Home paper towels 8 pack for $3 (were on sale $5.99 and I had the $3 coupon), and the Wishbone dressing for $0.85. Can't wait for the next SD event!
