Let's hear it smart shoppers! What were your totals and your best deals? This is the place to post your receipt totals and anything else you want to brag about from your Harris Teeter super doubles shops this week. I love reading about everyone's savings!

Here are my totals from the shop I did on Wednesday (8/10) at the HT on Ten Ten Road and 401. Boy, was it crowded! There was a line 20 carts long waiting to check out! Luckily, I brought some extra ice packs into the store in my recycle bag so my Silk and Almond milks stayed cool.  It was great to chat with so many folks from the blog while shopping!

Did anyone get the $10 off $50 from recyclebank? I have gotten 4 of these so far and have one more on the way. I love the HT coupons they send! It is easy to win points. Sign up and do the vacation quizzes. There of 5 of them and the points add up quick! Would love for you to use my link so I can get more points. Thanks.

Frustrating shopping trip at the Harris Teeter #0136 (9600 Falls of the Neuse Rd. Raleigh, NC) I usually shop at the HT in Chapel Hill or the one of Leesville Rd, but I stopped at this one since it’s the closest to my house and on my way home. Big mistake! For the second time in 10 days, one of the managers harassed me because of my coupon use. (1st problem) When I first got the register, he “warned” the cashier. (2nd problem) As I am checking out, he feels the need to bring over the coupon policy poster. I informed him that I know and understand the coupon policy well and I was doing nothing wrong. (3rd problem) He accused me of using copied internet coupons since I had 2. I informed him that was not the case; I showed him that they had 2 different barcode numbers and that most of the time you can print up to 2 coupons. (4th problem) I purchased 2 boxes of Mueller “regular” macaroni elbow pasta since HT does not carry the Mueller whole grain macaroni elbow pasta. They did no

Day Two of my SD shopping trip was wonderful!! Went to the HT in FV and everything was there that I wanted and the store there is so neat and organized. They take ECB and the $/$. So with that said my OOP was $15.21 and I saved $64.23. This is the best I have done so far!!! I normally go to Wilson, but since I was visiting someone near FV, I decided to do the trip. Very worth while and may have to do that one the next SD. Wilson looked like a train wreck and they would not take ECB.

I went to the Wilson HT after lunch...and was not supprised that everything on my list was gone...I went ahead and got myself a evic card anyway so that I would be better prepaired for the next time...after doing so I decided to walk around and see if there was anything else I could ge so it wouldnt be a complete wasted trip :) picked up a few things then was super excited to see someone restocking the shelves...I was able to get the Lysol products...the biggest deal on my list! I dont know if they restocked anything else...I really wanted the Bic pens but they were gone everytime I walked by:(...anyway I ended up with 19 items 10 of which I had coupons for...total before MQs and savings $52.15...ended up saving $38.54 (one of my MQs didnt double because they had to override it, and some how I misplaced one of my MQs)I only paid $13.61 out of pocket...not bad for a first time trip :) and I had my kids with me...they are a big distraction..JOCO needs an HT!!! :)
