Thanks to the cashier in Henderson. I had 2 coupons. I found the 4 two packs I needed. By ringing up the 4 packs, then using the coupons and then voiding 2 of the packs I paid .11. The next time she rang up 3 packs, used the coupon and then voided one I owed .11 on that transaction. She said she used coupons herself and said there's more than one way to "skin a cat". So I got 4 two packs of the markers for .22. Worth the effort.

I went to the Walgreens by Wake Med yesterday and what the Cashier explained is that the total needs to equal or be more than the coupon in order for it to work. So it didn't work at $1.98 for 2-2 pack of markers, but I added a 3rd pack and the $2 q worked. My husband's a teacher so paying $0.99 & getting 2 free wasn't bad. He appreciated them this morning when he saw them on the table.

Faye I was just at the 40/42 Walgreens and got my two packs; they had about 4 packs left! The coupon didn't scan but she entered it manually, good luck hopefully they will have some left. I went for a few school supplies and they didn't have any of the computer paper or gel pens on the shelf, but the manager said there was plently in the back, they hadn't had time to restock yet, so maybe there are more dry erase markers!

So sorry some of your stores would not take it. Unfortunately, that's always a risk these days with printable coupons. I'll try it at the 40/42 Walgreens this evening if they still have any in stock.

The one in Cary (Tryon and Walnut) wouldn't let me use the coupon either.

My coupon wouldn't scan lastnight either, but the cashier typed it in without a problem. Didn't have to get the 4-pack, but I did get the last 2 of the 2 packs

I had no problem using the coupon today at the Falls/540 store. The cashier had to manually enter the coupon but had no problem taking it. I was so happy because this will go directly to my classroom!

I went to the Walgreens in Smithfield and I couldn't get the the free markers. The manager said, I had to get the 4 pack. Has anyone else had this problem? I had to get 2 4packs that were on sale for $1.99 each. So I paid $2 for 2 four packs! Which isn't a bad deal.

If you don't need the dry erase markers, consider donating them to your child's school!
