I took a couple days off this week so I went by HT on the way home from my tax free shopping trips. I do love my recyclebank coupons! I am happy to report that I successfully used some target Qs there for the first time. I still had a couple dollar off Qs for charmin and bounty paper towels so I was able to make the sales even better on that stuff.

The Old Navy in Beaver creek had several styles of toddler boys long sleeve shirts and jackets clearance for $2.50-$3 that were regular $20. I guess they must have been left from last year's clearance, but they were a great deal and tax free to boot!

kpeele: thanks for that interpretation. At least that's a good line I'll use on the CSM at HT. I've gotten an eVIC diaper deal there before by using a similar tack with the cashier. They're usually pretty understanding. I'll be going there tonight!

Also, not to tout the flea mkt, you can buy a pound of specialty coffee there, Costa Rican-Sumatra, City roast (not super dark), for $10 even (includes tax). That's more expensive than a store brand, but if you like gourmet coffees, this is probably the best deal in town, except for sales. It's a full pound, roasted just the day before, and she will sell it to you whole bean or ground.
