Thanks Nancy!! I really appreciate your help. The up rewards are certainly a great way to save! Yesterday was my first day using the Wellness Card and I will be going back!

holly - the 20% discount is supposed to reset Jan 1 each year but a surprise last year came via email and said that the 20% discount level earned would continue through this year! So I'm hoping they do that again this Jan 1!

As to the Up reward deals, "Get $5 when you spend $25" example means that the raw total BEFORE any coupons, video value coupons, in ad coupons or any other discount you apply. So you can really save if you have lots of good coupons or UP rewards from prior deals to use against that $25 raw total :)

As to the up reward totals on the bottom of the receipt, the tally. Those are toward the longer term deals they currently offer. So far, your example states that you have purchased $2.29 agains the $25 required to get a $5 up reward on the oral care products. If you hit the $25 in raw purchases before the deal ends, the register will print out your $5 up reward on that deal.

It's a cumulative deal. They have another one ongoing for the Nivea products too.

One more question Nancy. I noticed at the bottom of my receipt below my up rewards there are totals explaining each up reward. For example $25 oral care products $5 up total $2.29. What does this mean?

Does anyone know whether the up plus rewards at Rite Aid are the total cost before or after coupons? For example they have one this week for $5 up reward when you purchase $25 in oral products. If I have $5 in coupons for those items do I really need to spend $30 to get the reward so my total after coupons is still above the $25?

Also, Nancy, do you know if the 20% discount on all non sale items is a permanent thing or does it reset each year? On the rite aid page it says something about a yearly thing. Just wasn't sure if you have to earn 1000 points yearly to continue with the 20% discount.

    Thanks!!

I actually favor CVS but everyone has different shopping habits and their own preference. Today I got two packs of Pampers diapers and a tub of Pampers wipes for $3.47 total at CVS, thanks to sale/coupons/ECBs.

gailygoo - here is the info:

    August 16th:

    1. Benson/Clayton area at McDonalds at McGees Crossroads which is right at the exit for Hwy210 off I-40. That one starts at 10:30am.

    2. Fuquay Varina at Wendy's on Main St right across from Aldi's/Zaxby's and that starts at 7pm

Would love to see lots and lots of folks at these, we have a great time sharing coupons/deals etc. :)

Nancy where are the coupon exchanges being held on the 16th? I wrote it on my calendar but forgot where they are.

Rock on Nancy! I totally forgot about the extra 20% until you mentioned it, though I am only up to 10%.
