Babies R Us diaper sale $5 or less per jumbo pack!

Posted July 24, 2011

Babies are us is having a 2 day sale through Monday on a bunch of different brands of diapers for $5 per package! AND you can use manufacturer coupons to bring the price down even more!

Thanks to kpeele on our blog for posting this in the Share the Deals section today!:

"I just got an e-mail from Babies R Us saying that Sunday and Monday they have the following deal on jumbo packs of diapers (You have to be a rewards member, I think. It's free and you can sign up in the store.)

$5 for:

ANY Fisher-Price jumbo pack (23-50 ct.), Babies”R”Us brand mega pack (40-66 ct.) and training pants, Seventh Generation jumbo pack (26-44 ct.), Earth’s Best jumbo pack (26-44 ct.) and training pants, Huggies Pure & Natural jumbo pack (20-33 ct.) and Huggies Little Movers Jeans jumbo pack (21-29 ct.) of diapers.

These are the diapers that will have less per pack than the regular types but if you already use these and/or have coupons it's a good deal."

You can use the $1.50/1  Huggies diapers coupon from 7/17 SS to make them only $3.50 per package!

Plus, when you buy 2 packages of Huggies Pure and Natural, you get a $5 gift card (see details in store)!

FYI - many deal sites are reporting that their stores did not have any stock of many of these diapers for this sale. You may want to call the store before you go or order online and have them shipped to the store for free shipping. You won't be able to use your coupons through, if you order online, I believe.

Also, some are reporting that they were able to get the $5 price at Toys R Us locations as well.

Did anyone get this deal today??

Faye, the 40-42 store is very coupon friendly in my experiences as long as the cashier understands how coupons work. I usually make one transaction will all my coupon items and then another transaction for the other items. It helps me double check at the register that all my coupons are coming off as they should. My most frequent issue is the coupon beeps and the cashier just skips it and acts like it rang up...

But, you can't beat the price matching at Wal-mart and the fact they give you overages!

christinaland- I saw it by e-mail. Just looked on the BRU site and many of the diapers aren't even showing online (sold out, I presume). If you want to post an e-mail I'll send you the e-mail I received.

Thanks for the update pss3 - glad to see Walmart price matched the deal. The 40/42 store seems very coupon friendly to me. I need to do more price-matching there.

eje - that was so nice of you to help the cashier get the deal, as well! You were a Coupon Fairy!

Ok, so I went on a diaper quest today! Hwy 70 walmart in clayton is out of stock on all eligible diapers. Target in Garner is also out of stock. I finally found some size 5 jean diapers at the walmart on 40-42. They had about 10 packs left. I got 4 packs for $11 with coupons. I am debating about whether to order more off the BRU website for $5 without coupons...

I did not have a problem price matching at the 40-42 walmart once I found some in stock.

Hate I didn't see this yesterday! BRU in Durham is out and won't get re-stocked today before the end of the sale

Babies R Us near Southepointe mall still had Huggies Jean diapers in size 4 and 5 on an end cap...Bought three but pleasant surprise: 3rd package rung up at $2.50! So I paid a whopping $12.50 for three packages of diapers-$4.17 per package is pretty good-I couldn't find any coupons but am happy.

Pss3-I price matched at 40/42 WM Friday with a copy of the $ General ad. They said as long as you had something showing the pricing they would match it. I even gave my copy of the ad to the cashier so she could use the ad to price match for herself! I may have just gotten lucky, but she seem to have no problem matching since I had the documentation of price. Good luck!

Pss3- glad I saved you the trip too since we wasted the 30 minute trip with kids in tow this afternoon. Please let us know what the 40/42 WM says tomorrow. Thanks!
