My co-worker came in this morning and asked if I had heard that the policy had changed. I totally agree with you about that show. So far, I haven't had any problems with my store in Durham.

Couponlady - what policy specifically prompted you to ask the question? Did something change at your store? What store?

COuponLady - some Kroger stores change policies from month to month. One month they may allow you to double many multiples of a coupon. The next month it may only be 2 multiples. It's up to each individual manager to decide how coupon friendly he/she will be. I have spoken with corporate many times about the lack of continuity and as Nancy said, they do not have a company wide policy. You just have to check with your store and see what the policy is at that time. I know it's a tad frustrating but it has been that way at Kroger for a long time. It's just that with Extreme Couponing, Kroger stores are really buckling down on couponing after being hit hard in the Texas market with very extreme couponers and excessive hoarding. We all suffer the consequences of that show.

CouponLady - they seem to be in flux. I know that Kroger stores in TX have stopped all doubling, certain markets. So since their coupon policy is not truly company wide, I think it's going to be touch and go and to be certain, check with CS desk at the store before you shop to be sure what they allow :(

Has anyone been told that Kroger's policy has changed? And if so, what are the changes?
