    Oh brother!

I have a question for you ... I don't much shop at Wags if I can help it, but this past week's free Sobe was too good to pass up, so I grabbed a couple over the course of the week.

When did RRs start saying "Only good at Walgreens"? The Sobe one's did. When did they start generating RRs for the real amount and not the next closest dollar? Not that I'm complaining, but the Sobe RRs were actually for 99 cents, I was expecting $1.

Saw the penguin AGAIN today, this time at a Harris Teeter. He was brand spanking new, and looked like only a couple of people had snagged Qs, and even those were for the item IMMEDIATELY next to the penguin. This was good for me, really, since that particular Q was gone at Lowes the other day, so I didn't even know what it was.

Hi Magee, Welcome to couponing! In addition to the very good sites that lzka listed, I also use bettycrocker.com, pillsbury.com, eatbetteramerica.com, couponnetwork.com and many printable coupons from various manufacturer websites and their Facebook pages. As jzka pointed out, you do have to install the printer program for most coupons or you will not be able to print them. For most printable coupons, you can print them twice per computer. Thank you for reading the blog!

magee, I use: coupons.com, allyou.com, smartsource.com and redplum.com for the bulk of my coupons. You need to install the printing program (free) for most if not all of these, and it helps to use Internet Explorer (as opposed to Firefox.)

I am new to this and have a question. When I try to go to the coupon sites I can't get in to many of them. Please tell me the best sites that each of you use. I want to start saving as much as I can since I am retired and a senior living alone with 1 dog and 2 cats that I rescued.
Thanks a bunch ahead of time. I follow the site all the time but for some reason I can't seem to be able to print the coupons either.

Darn ... missed the pickles! That'll teach me to do yardwork! I have to Thank You again Faye for all of your great links and coupon match-ups. My son is having a bonfire/end of year party tonight and I already have everything I need and I paid next to nothing for most of it! If this were last year I would have run out and spent well over $100.00!

Today only until 8PM... Walgreens has a special on Olay Beauty products - Buy 1 get 1 half off. If you speak to Betty Ann at the cosmetics counter at the Walgreens at Davis Drive and Morrisville-Carpenter, she has additional coupons for them behind the counter! :) Some really great deals there!
