How did you do with the weight-loss challenge this week?

Me?...not so well.  Let's see, there was the anniversary dinner, then the dinner at friends then the family function at my house this weekend. In the end - I really enjoyed the long weekend and took some time off from the blog and from dieting! For that reason, I am simply not getting on the scale until next week! Seriously. I'm back on track today and will hop on the scale next Wednesday and see where I stand. I am basically having a do-over for this week.

How did you do last week? Any one else want a do-over as well?

    Well, I re-lost 2.5 of the 3lbs but I'm wondering if it's all just water.

    Great job pss3! Losing a pound while on vacation is amazing! FYI - I am sure I found that pound you lost but I refuse to look at the scale until next week. :-)

    I am enjoying a Kashi Tuscan pasta dish for lunch. Very tasty - and a tad spicy!

    I ended up losing a pound this week...even being on vacation! I think it was because I literally sweated it off by being outside for several hours each day! The heat has zapped my appetite...except for ice cream! Hope we all have a cool and healthy week!

    Sometimes I like not to get on the scale but go by the way my clothes feel :)

    Still struggling with the weight loss but I have lost 5-6 inches in the past month while working out with my PT!
