Lowes Foods deals 6/1

Posted June 1, 2011

Lowes Foods has a new set of 3-week coupons out with some good buys on Steamfreash veggies, Dannon Yogurt and Lowes Foods frozen Pizza!

Lowes Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

Doubles up to 4 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price and you can still use a coupon on it! I love that policy!

Reminder: You can now add digital coupons to your Lowes Foods Reward card by going to These coupons will not double.

3-Week coupons! There is a small set of 3-week coupons in this weeks ad and these are good through June 21. They are all store coupons and can be coupled with manufacturer coupon. Once the cashier scans the store coupon (found in the sales ads in –store) he/she will probably hand it back to you to use until June 21. If not, you can ask for it and use the store coupon over and over as long as it is date.

Here are the 3-week coupons and deals that stood out to me:

Dannon yogurt, 6 oz, .39 each, limit 10 (I am hoping for a manufacturer coupon to use before the store coupon expires)

BlueDog coupon no longer avialable (at lest for me).
Enjoyed the laundry detergent posts from everyone. Also consider the amount you use based on just how dirty those clothes are. Use more, no matter what the brand!

Old orchard Juice is 2 for $3 this week and if you sign up on their website you can print the coupons ( you can print each one , twice), I think I print them weekly b/c this is the only thing my husband drinks other than coffee and water. so this would make them .50 a bottle after the coupon doubles...awesome deal

Let us know if the other scent and dye free brands work for you, melodie. Hopefully it will save you some $$!

Thanks to everyone for their feedback on the other detergent brands - such an awesomely helpful group of smart shoppers you are!!!!

Thanks everyone for all of the information! This has really helped.

Arm and Hammer has a free and clear version that I like to use.

melody: I have skin irritations (and it's a mild allergic reaction, usually). Any brand that says 'dye and scent free' should be ok. I use Cheer Free - most of the major brands have a 'Free' version.

melodie, my neighbor has a daughter who is highly allergic and gets rashes based on detergent use. She found that if she uses any detergent that is scent free and marked as such, they're fine for her daughters clothes.

She's used All free and clear and others, as long as they are marked as such.

Nosy me ... I use tide for my and my little kids cloths because it has proven to be most effective on their food stains and seems to help keep there bright colors longer. I use gain on sheets and bedding. I use the cheaper brands for towels, hubbies work cloths and the teen boys attire.

I don't think it is snobby to prefer Tide ... I think it really does work better.

arm & hammer free (or whatever it's called) was fine for me...but i would not call mine an allergy as much as an irritation. i bet you could google it and get some feedback about it?

I use Tide because I have skin allergies and I have found Tide does not break my skin out. Does anyone else have skin allergies and found any other detergents that do not break them out? I would really like to use something else that is more affordable.
