tried to use the $2 Revlon color cosmetic coupon from 5/8 for the nail polish today. they cashier said she had several people try and use this coupon already and it did not work :( not sure why???

If you go to the scan thing at CVS you can get a free green tag!!! (use it 4 times with your own reusable bag... get 1ECB!!) You can also get 1$ off Crystal Light and 1$ off indiana popcorn!

The CVS near me has AXE three for nine dollars. The deodorant has a free spray with it. Use the b1g1 coupon and the printable $1.00 off and get 3 deodorants and 3 sprays for $3.67.

M2C - yes, and if you have a MQ for $1, add that to it, the cashier will adjust down the value of the ECB to $3.99 and all you would owe is tax.

Got a ? the best way to benefit from this to buy one polish, use one coupon and check out, then use the $4 bucks off the next one and do a separate transaction for each?

To get added to the redplum mailing list:

  • acbraswell May 20, 2011

Nancy - that makes sense. I'm in Cary, and we have local deliver of the N&O, but I get the RedPlum and sometimes P&G books on Wednesdays.

I'm moving to Raleigh soon, so that probably means the end of getting the extra books early. Too bad!

  • Nancy May 20, 2011

From what I understand, Red Plum will mail out coupons to those who do not have a 'local' paper that carries them. It is determined by zip code. I believe there is a place on their web site to find out if they will mail them to you.

However, having said that, it's also my understanding that the News and Observer in some areas, even though it's sold locally, isn't considered a "local" paper and not delivered to homes in some areas, and those areas may qualify for getting the Red Plum mailed to them.

  • acbraswell May 20, 2011

I live in Cary and on Wednesdays I get a "Mid-week mailer" that has store ads and coupons. They started appearing about a year ago on Wednesdays.

  • HappyGirl08 May 20, 2011

Its interesting about the redplumb coupons. My mom gets them on Weds as well. I live like 15 mins away from her and I do not get them. I don't know what the "magic" is in that but oh well....
