Wow, Dragons! I so rarely shop FL I never saw that sale! And if people want to stock up on that type of product at FL and can't get their hands on enough coupons, you can always buy extra coupons online at various blog sites or coupon trade sites too!

Yes, that sort of bumps the price up, but if you got a good deal, still cheap paper products :)

Thanks Nancy!! Good tips! I actually have a couple of those $1 coup's so i'll head over to FL and check it out!

Hey Nancy..I had about 4 of the Small Step coupons a few weeks ago when FL had the toliet paper on sale for 1.25... .25 for a pack of toliet paper is not too shabby! lol

bhorlick.....it takes about a week, so if you signed up a few days ago you should be active next Tuesday or Wednesday...at least that was the case when I signed up in February

Oh! bmclamb - you know those coupons for Marcal Small Steps paper products, usually a coupon for $1 off any of those products?

Well, those are good to use at Food Lion, who carries those, and a single roll of those paper towels cost $1.19 regularly, so you would get them for 19 cents!

bhorlick, I signed up so many years ago I don't recall, but you might wish to call corporate and ask them?

    They're phone number is 1-800-432-6111

How long does it take for the e-vic membership to kick in? I applied a couple of days ago and still haven't received anything.

bmclamb - those are tough to get free, in fact, rare unfortunately for me.

This past week I took advantage of the CVS deal on the Scott 6 roll 'pick a size' paper towels. They were on sale 2/$10 and gave back a $2 Extra Care Buck. But I had two $1 MQ's to use toward buying them, plus I had ECB's to use too, so I paid tax on them only, and got back $2 ECB to use toward another deal, another day.

Toilet paper works the same, I go with the best deal I can find, with coupons and often at the drug stores where I can whittle the price down with their rewards cash from prior deals.

I never pay more than 50 cents a roll for paper towels, that's my max price if I have to pay - toilet paper depends on brand, quantity but I try to get them for 25 cents or less a roll broken down.
