It's time to face the scale! Let's hear it - how did you do this week on the weight loss challenge?
I lost 2 lbs this week bringing my total since the challenge started to 21.5 lbs lost! Only 3.5 lbs left to meet the goal of this challenge which is to lose 25 lbs. I'm giving myself 2 weeks to meet the goal. Let's hope I don't have any chocolate incidents along the way....
I walked 4 days this week and stuck to the healthy eating plan pretty well. I find myself really kicking it in on Monday and Tuesday each week knowing that I have to get on that scale on Wednesday and report in. Anyone else feel that way?
If you are new to the Wednesday weigh-in, a number of us are doing a 25 lb. weight loss challenge. Even if you only have 5 or 10 lbs to lose or you have 50 lbs to lose, please join in! It's never too late to start taking better care of yourself. As we all know, it's more frugal to be healthy than to deal with all the medical issues (and medical bills) associated with obesity.
