    Thanks Nancy!!

Drug store BOGO items require you to buy both to get the deal, UNLESS, there is only one on the shelf, then ask if you can get it half off since they don't have two. That has worked for me at Rite Aid more than once.

i was using a little accordian and it wasnt workin for me lol i was droppin coupons left and right. I just started my binder and i take it in case there is stuff on sale that wasn't written online. although i'd probably save myself lots of time if i did it your way nancy... lol. i'm just too pumped up right now i like to be overly prepared! i take out the coupons i know i'm fo sho gonna use and put it in a clear paper protector and i have a list made out wit details of coupon value, sale value, rebate, etc... then final price circled. for drug stores i do a register price then a final price (for rebates and extra bux stuff) that way i will know what to pay today and what i'm actually payin once i get the rebates back :) queene... wat was the answer on the drugstores bogo? ring up half price if u only get one iteM?

Nevermind- I answered my own question once I went to their website

If CVS/RiteAid/Walgreens has something that's 2 for 3$--- if you only buy 1 do you pay 1.50? Or does that only work at the grocery stores...

  • queene01 May 16, 2011

Question- If you have 2 +up points.. and your next transaction is only 1.50... can you use the 2$ and they "keep" the change? Or does your transaction have to be at least 2 dollars?

Does the UP points work just like CVS ECB?

christina, I'm waaaay old school - I don't use a binder at all. I have two leather bound accordian files that are wide enough to accomodate catalinas without folding. There are 12 sections in each of these and I don't take them in the store.

I merely make out my list by item/price/coupon value and the coupons go in the envelope that is written on and that's what I take in the store.

I shop my 'envelope' and I'm done :)

Yes- When you see that you can spend 9 $ but save 17$, that to me was a big eye opener- next month i'm not buying anything unless on sale and I have a coupon-(that's the goal anyways!) besides necessities that I don't have coupons for-like oj/milk

I love to get the chicken from foodlion when it's on sale 1/2 price off. the holly farms, boneless chicken breast.

I'm trying to get signed up for the workshop on clvd sch rd for tomorrow.... the college hasnt called me back yet ahh! i've been goin in b/w church services on sun to get my papers but i always forget until late and i drive around like a mad woman tryin to get papers lol. i've been lookin over fayes site today more in depth... i def do online coupons :) i have been to her site before but i've been paying more attention this time lol thx!!

I get mine from the local gas station- I always double check to make sure the coupon inserts are there- Most of the time, you can see if there are going to be 2 inserts, or just 1(ps- no inserts on holidays) you can also get coupons from the internet or even all you magazines.

Check out faye's website more in detail, she also does Coupon workshops! I'm going to my first one on Saturday!
