FREE WRAL Wellness Weekend May 14 and 15th! Come join us at the NC State Fairgrounds in the Jim Graham Building on May 14th and 15th for the annual WRAL Wellness Weekend. This FREE event has activities and events for the whole family including a meal planning class (with sampling at the end!) that I will be teaching with Lisa Shively, a fabulous cookbook author. Other activities include health tests and screenings, valuable medical and health information, interactive sports activities, simulators, Healthy Cooking demonstrations, rock climbing and much more. Dr. Allen Mask and many other WRAL personalities will be at the WRAL booth throughout the event. The meal planning class I am teaching is at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 14 at the Healthy Cooking Stage. I’ll be at the WRAL booth on Saturday from 10 – 10:45 AM with some Smart Shopper shopping lists to give away so come by and say hi if you attend the event!
