Grape tomato recall

There has been a recall of grape tomatoes packaged by Six L's including the specific lot that was packed on April 11. These grape tomatoes have the Cherry Berry lot code DW-H in either clam shells or 20 lbs. cardboard containers. "The product was distributed to North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Pennsylvania, California, Georgia and Canada, and reached consumers through retail stores and restaurant distribution", according to the FDA.

    Oxy, while we all prefer homegrown produce, I don't have hot houses to grow them all year long, so I have to buy them at some point. Do you grow all your own vegetables and fruit?

    Buy your tomoatoes from the farmers market and not the grocery stores. You'll get better quality.

    THIS is why I prefer to grow my own produce. Well, one of the reasons, anyway.

    If they were the same grape tomatoes at the Lowe's in Holly Springs this week and last...they weren't visually appealing anyway :(
