It's that time again! Here we are in week 5 of the 25 lb weight loss challenge. How did you do this week?

I lost 1.5 lbs this week. Not my best week - but still a loss. At least I didn't GAIN 4 lbs like one of the contestants on The Biggest Loser last night! Yikes! I felt so badly for her. But then again, she did get to go to New Zealand to gain that weight!

After a VERY long weekend at the Southern Women's Show, I indulged in some serious pasta overload and well, I paid for it! I had very little time to exercise in the last week as well with all things focused on the weekend events.  I am back on track today and shooting for 3 lbs this week. I will definitely be doing a lot of walking in this gorgeous weather!

Total weight loss since the challenge started: 11.5 lbs.
