Baked Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients
1 bag frozen light cheese or meat ravioli, approx. 24 oz
1 jar pasta sauce, approx. 26 oz
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese or Italian cheese mix, lowfat or 2%
2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder and Italian spices to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spoon 1/3 jar over bottom of 13 X 9 pan. Place frozen ravioli on bottom of pan evenly. If you have a couple extra ravioli once bottom is covered, place them on top of other ravioli. Pour the remaining sauce over ravioli and around the edges to cover the ravioli. Add spices to taste. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and the parmesan cheese over the top. Cover with tin foil & bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and vegetables. Enjoy!

Additions: you can easily add your favorite veggies like spinach, green peppers, onions and mushrooms or diced cooked chicken or cubed tofu to this dish. Place them on top of the ravioli before adding the sauce and cheese.

Hey hey, it sounds to me like you gals are having a little to much fun without me...cut it out.

That House of Autry breading is awesome!

I've never thought to bake ravioli like that! I'll have to try that next month; I went a little wackadoo and planned out all our meals for the remainder of the month using what I had managed to stockpile (aside from fresh produce). We'll see how my little experiment goes!

I do believe I'm going to use some of the free handouts from House of Autry to make chicken parmesan this week. got the packets from the Southern Women's show and sat down to watch a presentation there - yum.

Of course due to too much to see and too little time, I missed seeing you Faye!!!!!
