It's the end of week three of the 25 lb weight loss challenge and it's time to share your results. How did you do?
I lost another 2 lbs this week! That makes a total of 7 lbs lost since the challenge started 3 weeks ago and 12 lbs lost since the beginning of February.
I got a little more exercise this week in the form of walking. This cold rainy weather isn't very inviting today, though. Although I am still eating very well, I need to up the exercise even more (didn't I say that last week?). Can someone please add an additional 2 hours to each day for exercise and quiet time? Pretty please?
My goal for next week is 3 lbs lost. Since I will be at the Southern Women's Show Friday through Sunday, I figure I won't have any time to eat anyway! LOL
I had a delicious breakfast today with 1/2 cup Egg Beater eggs (free with coupon from the Walmart sign up weeks ago), 1 Morningstar veggie sausage link, 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced and sauteed and 1 cup spinach sauteed (no oil or butter used). Total calories: 150, 15 grams protein, 3 gr fat., 100% tasty!
