Lowes Foods deals 3/9

Posted March 9, 2011

It’s almost St. Patrick’s Day and Lowes Foods is going green! There are deals on corned beef brisket, cabbage and all the traditional fare. In addition, there are some very good buys on strawberries, Trident frozen seafood, Green Giant frozen veggies, Coffee-mate, Kahiki dinners, Sundown vitamins, Purina Dog Chow and more!

Lowes Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

Doubles up to 4 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price and you can still use a coupon on it! I love that policy!

kpeele, I got one of those last week too, very unique! Don't know what prompted it but I'll take it!

    meandgin--LOL, that's very funny!

Today at LF I got a store catalina Q for 10% off my total produce purchase of $5 or more. Haven't seen one of those before!

Okay, I just had to share. I have a 10yo that hates to read books. So I get him to read on the computer because there is less argument about it. Anyway, he was reading the list above and got to the "Trident fish sticks" and had to read it 3 times before it sank in and then he turned to me and said EWWWWWW...fish flavored gum?!?!? I laughed so hard I cried!

boomer, check the Kroger thread, I posted a shortcut for you on bread making ;)

I think the 'town' at 42/50 is considered Raleigh, even though it's what I would consider Clayton given it's location. Same is true for the listed address of businesses at 42/40 - their addresses read "raleigh" - I know, very strange!

I have a NBPR MIR from one of our fine beverage companies for $2 back when you buy corned beef. :D

It may not be much, but if you're buying the corned beef anyway, might as well. I grabbed a few for my swap ladies.

Sorry about the Eggos coupon - I haven't seen the penguin yet so I didn't have the coupons in hand to see the 24 count requirement (which I think stinks, by the way!). I will remove all mention of the deal. Thanks!
