Kroger on six forks has Purex detergent for $3.64 on close out and there was a 3.00 off coupon in the papers recently. This makes the detergent .64 each

Also Harris Teeter (in North Hills) has glad scented oil candles for $1.93 on close out as well as the refills...There was a 1.00 off coupon recently in the paper for the candles (0.93 each) and then there was a save 1.00 on two for the refills.. (1.43 each)

I am not sure if these deals are at any other location but as of this afternoon the locations listed still had a huge selection.

The Target on 70 has Downy Mountain Spring fabric softener (60 loads, 51 oz) marked down to $2.74. There was a $1 off coupon in last Sunday's P&G coupon insert and three $1 off coupons in the recent P&G booklet. With a coupon, it's $1.74 (normally, it's $6.99).

Target also has Tide Stain Release liquid (36 oz) marked down to $3.48. With the $3.00 P&G coupon from Sunday, it's 48 cents. Tide Stain Release Duo Pac was also quite reduced (sorry, I don't remember the exact price, maybe $5.94?). P&G also has Tide coupons on their website: http://www.tide.com/en-US/tide-stain-release/index.jspx?gclid=CIGH-sPdtacCFQ687Qod5D01BA#/three-convenient-forms

I used to shop at HT without coupons. My grocery bills were horrendous!

  • Nancy Mar 4, 2011

brassy, it's all about having the order ready to load into your car when you pull up. The associates do the shopping, ring it up and then have it ready the minute you arrive. Sort of hooks you into having to use it again if you're a couponer.

I usually see men pulling up to pick up their food orders, I think that tells us something LOL

  • brassy Mar 4, 2011

I read that too - why can't they just scan the coupons when they ring up the order?

  • Trickat Mar 4, 2011

ok, I just sort of found the answer on HT's website:

Coupons are accepted and credits applied to your next online order.

So, I'm guessing this means you pay the full price, and any discounts you would have gotten from the coupons are applied to the next order? Does this sound odd to anyone but me?

Does anyone know if you can use coupons on the Harris Teeter express lane deal (4.95 fee waived, plus 10 off 50?)

I just received a card in the mail that my Holly Springs location is participating in this deal with code HTKW at checkout.
