The new Harris Teeter in Wake Forest is openin on Wednesday, February 23 and there are a number of fun events planned during the week. Can you say FREE steak samples?!

Here is the information about the Grand Opening events from marketing. I'll have the Grand Opening sales information posted tomorrow morning.

Express Lane: For all our customers who choose to use Express Lane Home Shopping at this store, we are promoting a No Fee special on all orders placed between February 23 and March 29. In addition, we will take $10 off our customers’ first Express Lane Home Shopping of $50 or more during that same time frame.

e-VIC Mobile: The e-VIC Mobile will be on site Friday, February 25 – Sunday, February 27, and we will be encouraging customers to sign-up for e-VIC, an extension of our Very Important Customer (VIC) card program, to receive member only discounts.

Rancher Mobile Grill: The Rancher Mobile Grill will be will be visiting the store during select times on Friday, March 4 – Sunday, March 6 and associates will be giving away free samples of Harris Teeter Rancher Beef NY Strip Steaks.

Ice Cream Truck: On Friday March 11 – Sunday, March 13, Harris Teeter’s Ice Cream Truck will be onsite and associates will distribute free Harris Teeter brand ice cream sandwiches to customers.
