    You are welcome finesse!

Teklc - I believe I post hints and tips here every day..... for free. I suggest you see my website at for a number of couponing and frugal living articles.... for free. Read the information in the 5 boxes on the front page of the blog full of helpful information on learning how to coupon and how our stores handle coupons here in the Triangle...for free. That should give you a very good start... for free. :-)

Thank you buttercup! That was really nice of you to post your class feedback and the link to my website. :-)

Queene - the DVD is of me teaching a 1 hour and 40 minute workshop that covers the grocery deals and drug store deals and touches on meal planning. The 2.5 and 3 hour live workshops I teach cover the same material in more depth with more detail and examples. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I have thought about it, queene. Just haven't had the time to carry it through. That may be a good summer project when the schedule is not as hectic. Thanks for the suggestion! In the meantime, you can always order the DVD and watch it over and over and over...... ;-)
