This week Food Lion has a "Buy 5 participating items and get $5 off" deal, a 3-Day sale that starts on Friday and a good price on chicken breast. Deals valid January 19 - January 25, 2011.

Food Lion Coupon Basics

Food Lion does not double coupons

They have no limits on number of coupons they will take, unless specified in the ad

BOGO items ring up at half price so if you only buy 1, it rings at half price. You can use a coupon on each BOGO sale item.

Game Day $5 deal: Save $5 on the purchase of any 5 items from Coke and Kraft foods at registers when you use your MVP card. Limit 1 reward per shopping visit. There are 5 items pictured in the ad BUT the text of the ad indicates that it is any 5 items so I will take a look in the store later to see what good scenarios there are with the deal. My guess is that the discount is only good on the items pictured in the ad, though. Pictured in the ad are:

    @ Ms. Faye... Thank you!! If anyone goes have them to check their reciepts before leaving (they over charged me by 30 cents). Hopefully they've changed the prices (happened Thurs. afternoon). The manager was real polite and with my refund I can get a pd. for free.

    redspringssean - I believe the BOGO coupon was for Minute Maid last week. I sure wish there were some Quaker chewy bars coupons available to use with the Quaker deal at FL. I just can't bring myself to pay those prices.

    The Save-a-lot in Sanford, NC has pears for .69 cent a pd.

    Our FL also has a special deal on select Quaker products. If you buy 5, you receive a free 64 oz Tropicana O.J. I wasn't sure if you can use that special with BOGO Tropicana mentioned a few days ago. If so that would be fantastic.
