I just got back from HT again. I used about a dozen coupons today.
I was able to get the meal deal again, thanks to my sister's card, took advantage of the chicken again.

My total today before card & coupons was $97, I paid $30.
So my grand total for the week was $228, actualy paid $89.

Yes I survived the shopping trip. I love to grocery shop now with my coupon binder. It is adicitve to see what I will get for free or almost free every week.
My friends used to laugh at me for my couponing, until I keep telling them my savings, now they all want to know how to save too!

I agree rayne. There were not as many coupon matchups this time around. I only did 1 shop Sunday and used 10 coupons today. I hoep you get your last shop in .

Total - Did you survive the shop?

Faye, I was not very impressed with the sale items in comparison to my coupons. Seems like everything I had a coupon for this time wasn't on sale.

I was able to get the awesome meal deal however & the buy 1 get 2 free chicken. I was able to get $31 in chicken for $10, that was wonderful since I use chicken more than anything else.

My total before my card & coupons was $131.00 I paid $59.16

I am hoping to sneak back in tomorrow before work for one last super double run through.

I really hope you make it to HT today. I feel bad that you have not made it yet. Hubby said something about joining me today...with 3 monsters... oops I mean kids, in tow...not sure how that would work out, seeing how NONE of them are patient. I just may come out of there bald! lol

My eVic email had a buy one get one free deal for 16 oz coffeemate creamer. With a 55c coupon I had 2 16oz bottles for 57 cents. Also I got yeast packets for 19 cents. Good 2nd trip. I saved 67%.

Thanks for sharing all these great totals! I have STILL not made it to HT this week but have high hopes for my shopping in Cary tomorrow. My husband is joining me for this shopping adventure. He gets a kick out of seeing all the savings. Thankfully, he is very patient!

Made a second pass at HT this morning in Holly Springs. They had restocked some of the items, but the 100 oz. 7th generation detergent was gone. They were still out of the Rhodes Rolls so I didn't get to pick up any of those. Total before VIC and Coupons was 54.17 and my total out of pocket was 17.59. Much better than my previous visit. A savings of 68% this time. :-)

I'm surprised to hear about the printable B1G1 policy from corporate, I had no trouble using mine today.

Maybe they'll just lick their wounds after all the trouble they've had with internet printables and come around again, but I don't blame them for protecting their assets - I have to every day!

My shop totaled 166.24. After my VIC card and coupons, it was 55.56, and that was with roughly $6 of stuff that my daughter snuck into the cart.
