WRAL Coats for the Children - can you help?

Please join us in helping children receive the coats they so desperately need this winter. I will also be offering some incentives for donations!

You can donate new or gently used coats at participating Jiffy Lube or First Citizens Bank locations. You can also donate other winter clothing items including gently used gloves and hats and new underwear, T-shirts and socks. They are especially low on infant coats and those for older teens in adult sizes. A detailed list of drop-off locations can be found in the box above.

When: 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, December 10

Everyone who makes a phone donation will receive a Jiffy Lube booklet with coupons worth $135!

I'll be on the phones taking donations from 12:30 - 1:30 so please give us a call if you have a little extra in your budget this holiday.

I will be giving away 5 sets of my book, "The Smart Spending Guide" and DVD, "Cut Your Grocery Bills in Half" for an $85 donation.

For a $200 donation, I will be offering a rare one-on-one session at the grocery store including a book and DVD!  If a business makes the $200 donation, I will come on-site to your Raleigh area business and teach a 1 hour Lunch and Learn workshop for your employees (at no additional cost) and donate a book and DVD to your business!
