Harris Teeter Super Doubles Good Deals List 11/3!

Posted October 31, 2010
Updated November 3, 2010

I spent some quality time walking through HT Sunday afternoon and found a number of sales that will be continuing through Super Doubles. I also spoke with an employee who gave me some info on some of the items on sale starting Wednesday, which are included in the list below. In addition, thanks to www.hotcouponworld.com for some early ad info and sales match-ups. Printable coupon links can be found in the box to the left. Click the "More" tab to see the rest of the coupon links.

Please post any other deals you find and I will add them to this list!

Coupon policy during Super Doubles

* HT begins super doubling coupons at 7:00 AM on the first day of the sale. 24 hour stores do not super double coupons before 7:00 AM. (at least that is how it has worked in the past)

* HT will Super Double coupons worth up to $1.98 face value. A $1.50 coupon will double to $3.00. A $1.00 coupon will double to $2.00. A $2.00 coupon will not double at all and will only be taken at face value ($2.00).

* HT will super double/double up to 20 coupons per day. Period. End of story. Spouse's cards registered with the same address are linked because the policy is 20 per household, per day. If you have 20 $1 coupons and 20 .75 coupons, only 20 total will double. They will not double 20 under $1 coupons and super double another 20 coupons that are over $1.

* HT policy is to double up to 3 identical coupons (as long as you buy the product required for each coupon, of course). So, if you have five $1.00 coupons for a product, the policy is to only super double the first three.

* HT will accept up to two internet coupons per manufacturer, per store, per day.

* Rainchecks can be written for a limit of three unless otherwise stated in the ad. Make sure you get rainchecks for items out of stock and use the rainchecks at the next promotion since they don't expire!

HT trip this afternoon - $50.20 for $1.31!!! I love this couponing stuff - it is so addicting! I have lots more coupons so back to HT on Saturday!

  • momotwins Nov 3, 2010

Just got back from The Roger's Road HT in Wake Forest. They had a couple of things on clearence so I got a huge deal. Libby Jumbo Cups of Pears were on for 2.15 clearence. So I got them for $1.15 each with my buy two $1 off. I can'r remember right now what the other item was, but I saved about 50% $200 down to $100.

My HT has always doubled the "do not double" coupons. However I was in the Wakefield Kroger last week and they did not double. They had doubled for me in the past.

Another HUGE Double's list found here: http://www.ourcouponhome.com/showthread.php?26755-HOT!-Harris-Teeter-Super-Doubles-List-of-Deals-11-3-to-11-9

Thanks Faye! I'll make note of that. I stopped by Kroger last night and I think I did pretty good. I spent $29.17 and saved $52.53 (65%). I purchased 38 items so I spent less than a dollar on each item! Now all i need is more space so that I can go to HT!!
BTW, hope your little one is feeling better.

Hi Portia - I usually do the Kroger list on Wednesdays with the other grocery stores. Sometimes I have time to do it on Monday or Tuesday - but not always. I will be working on Kroger tonight along with the other 3 stores. They did have a good ad - hope I can get there this week!

Sounds like a good deal Tammy. Your math looks good if you use 2 of the .75/2 coupons and get the $2 back instantly. Thanks for sharing it!

  • Ms PEAH Nov 2, 2010

Hi Faye! Thanks for all the great deals. Kroger had a nice sale as well. I thought I missed the deals that you posted but I don't see any. Guess I can try to do my own list for once!!! LOL. See how you have us spoiled :)

whwall- if you have the same cpn I have - it is a Food lion cpn- and if I have it figured correctly- starting tomorrow at FL- they are on sale for $1 each- if you buy 5 you get an instant $2 off and then you can use two of those cpns and you wind up paying 30 cent each. I hope I figured that right- hope that helps

savesavesave - looks like it is gone now - so sorry. The best coupons always go so quickly.

Our area Harris Teeters, Lowes Foods and Kroger stores are very generous because they do double the coupons that say Do Not Double as long as the bar code starts with a number 5. If the bar code starts with the number 9, it will not double. Every once in a while, there is a cashier who tries to manually enter the Do Not Double coupons so they won't double, but the vast majority of stores that double in our area will double these DND coupons (and we are very grateful to them!). So, although many of the printable say Do not Double, they should all double at HT during Super Doubles as long as they are $1.98 or less face value. Any $1.99 or more coupons will nto double at all.

For those of you in Wilson - the Wilson HT is well known for not doubling Do Not Double coupons. If there are any other stores in the Triangle that won't double them, please post it here. I go to the Cary, Fuquay and North Hills stores regularly and all double DND's. Hope that helps, msleep63!
