Walmart produce deals 10-24

Here are the produce deals I found at Walmart today including some awesome apple prices! I am thinking there are some baked apples in our future......

Golden Delicious apples .54/lb

Roma tomatoes $1.58/lb

Veggies

Cabbage .44/lb

Cucumber .52 each

Green Pepper .74 each

Head iceburg lettuce .94 each

Mushrooms, 8 oz $1.68

Russet potatoes, 10 lb bag $4.47

White potatoes, 10 lb bag $4.97

    I have tried the price match thing once before with WM and it wasn't easy. I finally got it, but having this handy should help.

    Now that is not cool. So sorry about the higher price on yours. As a whole, grocery prices on many items in N Raleigh are more expensive than those here in Johnston Co or even in Cary for the same stores. I have noticed differences of 10 cents or more in different locations of the same grocery chain. The higher prices were in N Raleigh locations. The lower ones in Cary.

    You could price match the .68/lb gala apples in the Kroger flyer if your Walmart store matches produce, which they should.

    Here is the Walmart price match policy and it is worth it to bring it in to the store with you if you are going to price match with them.

    Different WalMart locations must vary in price b/c the cheapest apples at the Brier Creek WalMart today were $1/lb.
