Great deals Faye...there are also new deals at redeemio.com - I saw just today 1 penny custards, ices and smoothies on their deal...

Had to share: so I was just having an appetizer (haven't made it to lunch yet!) of wheat thins and cheese and noticed on the back of the box that it has snacks for about $1 and is touting that as a really good deal. Examples are 16 wheat thins and an 8 oz glass of Crystal Light or 16 wheat things and 2 T of Athenos Hummus. What planet do they live on that $1 is a good price for a snack at home? Maybe for a meal. $1 for a box of wheat thins...now that's almost a good deal. ;)

You are really making the rounds, ssgspoon! I ended up using a Groupon for our dinner last night - Pizza from Cinelli's in North Hills - very good pizza! We will have the mushroom chicken that was supposed to be last night sometime this weekend instead.

Thanks for the free meals this week!
Wednesday evening I stopped on my way home and picked up 2 servings of Kobari Beef (spicy but good) from Panda Express – Free (I paid $2.07 for fried rice). I then drove by Fazolis and picked up a Spaghetti dinner - Free (I paid $1.98 for 4 extra bread sticks). We had Chinese and Italian takeout for total OOP $4.05. This was enough for 3 people and the spaghetti dinner was huge (we had ¼ left over). This weekend it will be free chicken biscuits from Bojangles.
    Thanks Faye

Thanks for the info and the e-mail. See you in Fuquay - go Green Dragons! :-)

  • j3434 Oct 1, 2010

check our soccer website, game locations, and then the info specific to fuquay. they probably either have a weather alert website or weather hotline to call. game time decision can be made up to an hour before the game in most organizations. we have a fuquay game at 10 or 11 too...i find out anything i'll shoot you an email. i know at home here we're really hoping to get games going. rescheduling an entire day of games, as i said, no fun. :)

J - When will we know about the 9 am U10 game in Fuquay? I REALLY don't want to drive all the way there at 8:30 am to find out we don't have a game. Will they make their decision at those fields by tonight, you think?

  • j3434 Oct 1, 2010

thanks for the freebies, faye! cross your fingers the fields dry up in time for games this weekend...reschedules are no fun for anyone. :)
