Target 75% off toy clearance!!

Posted July 29, 2010

I just returned from the Garner Target at the White Oak shopping center and the toy clearance is at 75% off! Many Target stores have gone to 75% off so give your store a call to verify or head on in to check out the deals. Now is the time to stock up on Christmas and Hanukkah gifts as well as birthday gifts to use throughout the year.

Here are some of the items on 75% off clearance that I found today. The price listed is the clearance price.

Princess and the Frog Barbie for $6.24 (they had a TON of these)

Big Bubble wand 48 cents

Barbie Glitz and Glam Walkie Talkies set $3.98

Polly Pockets Sparlin' Pets dress up with 1 polly and 1 pet and some accessories $1.62

Sidewalk chalk 20 big sticks 74 cents

Monopoly, championship edition $3.48

Matchbox cars Farm Adventure $3.24

Tons of pool and summer items marked to 75% off including bubble wands, battery operated bubble blowers, hula hoops, balls and more

Many Chicksos kits were 75% off

There were tons of other items so it's worth your time to check it out if you have little ones or buy for little ones. I bought gifts for a number of nieces and nephews as well as some of the girls' friends.

Post the deals you find and let us know if your Target has gone to 75% off.

Congrats on the baby, kpeele! Youa re smart to get as much holiday shopping done before the baby is born.

I am holding out for 90% off the Princess and Frog Barbies. It may not happen, but it's nto something we have to have so it's worth waiting for. Now to find a deal on the Bella Barbie for my daughter's birthday in August!

Thanks for the heads up, Faye. I went to Target right after I saw your post and got some great deals on birthday and Christmas presents for the kids in our family. With a little one due in early December, it feels SO good to have presents already purchased (and at such good prices)! I went to the 2 stores in Garner (70/Timber and White Oak) and saw many of the deals already mentioned. Things were starting to be picked over, and the store at 70/Timber is remodeling so it's a mess in general, but there were still a lot of good options Thursday afternoon. There was a big variation in what the stores had so it's worth checking out a few different stores if you are able to do so. Faye wasn't kidding about there being a LOT of the Princess and the Frog Barbies at the White Oak store. Maybe they'll be marked down even more if they don't move fast enough?

North Hills has clearance as well. It is picked over, but there are still some good deals left. We got a Kai-lan doll for less than $4. A play dishwasher and oven for less than $5 each, I think they were originally $20 each. I think we have birthdays and Christmas taken care of this year!

I found several Matchbox and Transformers items for less than $5 each (some MUCH less), plus a vtech Ironman 2 Learning Laptop for $7.48. I figure most of these will go to the children we "adopt" at Christmas, since the grandson gets WAY too much "stuff" anyway!
