A few more good deals at Lowes Foods incl. whole wheat bread for 89 cents!

While doing my weekly shop at Lowes Foods this week, I came across a good deal on Sara Lee Classic 100% Whole Wheat bread. The regular price is $2.49.  It's on sale for $1.99. There were .55/1 coupons you peel off (peelies) on the bread. They doubled to $1.10 so I paid .89 for Sara Lee Whole Wheat Bread. I usually buy generic for .99 - $1.50/loaf, but we really like the Sara Lee and it was cheaper than the generic!

Nutrigrain bars on sale $2.50 - .75/1 coupon from 7/11 (found in other papers - but not ours :-(  I ordered mine for the couponclippers.com = $1.00 per box - a very good price for Nutrigrain bars.  I usually try to stay at $1 - $1.25 per box for granola bars, but this is a really good buy for Nutrigrain.

Kruncher's potato chips (we really like the sweet onion variety) on sale for $2.50 - .75 coupon fro paper a few weeks ago = $1.00 per bag

These sales go through Tuesday, 7/20 so hurry if you want to take advantage of them. Hopefully your store has the bread coupons on the bread!

Hi Candi - So sorry about the Nutrigrain date - it was actually from the week before and sadly, the local paper did not carry it. I ordered mine from thecouponclippers.com last week. You can probably also find them on ebay if they are out out at the couponclippers.

wralfan - I have already printed the .75/1 Nature's Own premium printable and we love that bread! Wish I could print more!

Faye, I only had one coupon section in my Sunday paper, Smart Source. There was no nutrigrain (kellogs) coupon in it. Do you remember if it was in SS or another that was not in my paper? My kids eat nutrigrain bars for snack at school, we go through boxes of them.

    Faye,
I think I saw a 75 cents coupon on coupons.com for Natures own premium bread. This also works to be a good price on bread since the expiration date is 9/30/2010
