Food Lion has changed their printable coupons

For those of you signed up for the Food Lion Weekly Shoppers Companion e-mails, you will notice a change in this week's coupons. When you click on the coupon link in your e-mail this week (I just received mine), it will bring you to a page on the Food Lion website to print off manufacturer coupons through redplum.com. They are manufacturer coupons and not Food Lion store coupons. 

After all the great deals using Food Lion printable store coupons from the last few weeks, I will definitely miss them. There are currently 7 coupons to choose from including .75/2 Ball Park, $1.00/2 Kellogg's cereals and $2 off Prevacid. Click the link in the box to print the coupons.

    j3434 - most of the kiosk q's are store coupons that expire that day. One or two are usually man q's that expire at a later date.

    miranda - Wow - 10 transactions in a row?? That's pushing it. Talk about drawing attention to themselves! It's no wonder the managers are cracking down.

    I can't remember...are the q's that print at the kiosk in the FL stores manufacturer or FL store q's?

    Yea I hate that. I really liked the FL coupons. They were usually good deals.

    I am not shocked by this. So many people took advantage of the caprisuns deal that it was unreal. They actually started guarding them here in my town because folks were coming in with 10 FLIPS and attempting to do 10 transactions when the coupon cleary states otherwise. The manager at one Food Lion said that they received an email from corporate regarding multiple transactions. If the FLIPs are gone, i will truly miss them. Another example of folks breaking the rules and ruining it for us all!

    Faye, knowing they're test marketing double MQ's in some markets (not here of course), do you think maybe they're getting ready to go that route? To open up the double coupon approach?

    If that were the case, they wouldn't need their own coupons as much to draw in customers and they wouldn't have to enforce the 'one transaction per person per day' that they have struggled with lately?

    I keep hoping FL will join the double coupon marketing world!
