Super Doubles good deals list!

Posted June 22, 2010

Here is the super doubles good deals list from Hot Coupon World.com - many thanks to them! Keep in mind that we may not have all the same coupons from our local inserts, but most should be close. There are tons of great yogurt deals and lots of other freebies so get those coupons in order!

Super Doubles Policies

* HT begins super doubling coupons at 7:00 AM on Wednesday, June 23. 24 hour stores do not super double coupons before 7:00 AM. (at least that is how it has worked in the past)

* HT will Super Double coupons worth up to $1.98 face value. A $1.50 coupon will double to $3.00. A $1.00 coupon will double to $2.00. A $2.00 coupon will not double at all and will only be taken at face value ($2.00).

* HT will super double up to 20 coupons per day. Period. End of story. Spouse's cards registered with the same address are linked because the policy is 20 per household, per day.

* HT policy is to double up to 3 identical coupons (as long as you buy the product required for each coupon, of course). So, if you have five $1.00 coupons for a product, the policy is to only super double the first three.

A piece of unsolicited advice if you are new to super doubles: Keep in mind that the best deals go quickly and unless you are there at the crack of dawn, they will already be out of alot of the best deals. They will restock as they receive product, but it is rare for anyone to get all the deals they wanted. My thought on this is that I am grateful for the deals I am able to get and I realize that there will be another good deal soon. I don't complain to the managers because that just encourages them to NOT want to offer these awesome promotions. You can also ask when the next truck will be in so you can time your shop to coincide with the new shipment. If you are so inclined, I also recommend that you call corporate or write them a note after you have shopped to thank them for offering the promotion.

Following is the good deals list. The first line is the product name and the current price. The second line is the coupon amount and the source. The last line is the price after coupon doubled.  Keep in mind that the current prices listed here may be a little higher or lower in your local HT as prices can vary even between Cary and Raleigh locations.

Links to printable coupons on the list can be found in the box above. You will also see a number of coupons from the Kraft First Taste coupon booklets. These were sent out to people who signed up for them a few weeks ago. Hopefully you signed up when I posted the link on the blog. They were also sent to people who hosted a Kraft First Taste of Summer House Party a month ago. To find out about hosting future House Parties from lots of different manufacturer's see www.houseparty.com.

Have fun and good luck! Please, please, please share any other deals you may find!

May your shelves be full and your coupons be in date! :-)

At the HT in Crescent Commons (Cary) they have never let me double a DND that starts with a 5.. And that has been true for at least 3 different cashiers and 2 different managers.. I have given up questioning it.. BIt because of that they lost out one 2 rather big purchases today at super doubles.. I had 2 $1.50 coupons for Ball Canning Jars that retail for $12 ea..

Yeah! I can't wait to find out more about this and I will be heading on over to my local kroger to get me some! haha

Happy - good news! Coke 2 ltrs are on sale at Kroger this week for .89 after the buy 10 get $3 back promo. I'll be posting the details in a little bit but it's a good deal.

  • Faye Prosser - Smart Shopper Jun 23, 2010

allygirl - it depends on teh HT you shop. Some are cleared out by 8 am the first day and in that case it's not worth the drive. I suggest calling the closest HT to find out when they get their next truck and when they put out the goods from that truck. Try to time your visit around the time the put out th eproduct or first thing the next morning if they do it overnight.

Jen - Make sure you watch the register and when it doesn't double, gently point out that you think they may need to manually enter the doubling amount because it didn't double. Shoudl not be a problem.

Tot - you should be able to use both coupons with no problem. Make sure you give them the $1.25 coupon in the beginning with your other coupons that get super doubled and your B3G1 coupon at the end after all others haev been doubled.

    Good luck everyone!

Well, I stopped by one of my local HTs this morning before work. I say I did pretty good considering I just went in for a quick few things. I will do more concentrated shopping later today or tomorrow. Anyway, I was able to get 3 free containers of oikos yogurt thanks to the penguin coupons. Also managed to get 4 boxes of poptarts for 5.00. Not that this is the best I've ever done on those but we needed some for the poptart fiend in my house! ha!

Picked up a few other things as well. I don't really have that many which are over 1.00 in my binder at the moment but I'll take what I can get to be sure!

I still say I wonder when someone one is going to give me a break and put coke 2 liters on sale again. The whole world doesn't drink pepsi products guys! LOL

question- I have 2 Smuckers topping coupons. One is buy 3 get 1 free any jar topping. The other is $1.25 off 2 any topping. Can I use B3G1 =4, then use 2 $1.25 off? They start @ $2.49. That would be $7.47, then double $1.25= 2.50 x2. Final price would be $.61 each. Can I do that and is it a good deal?

  • jenstog Jun 22, 2010

here's a question- if I have a coupon that has NO stipulation written on it about doubling (so it does NOT say "Do not double", etc., but it DOES start w/ a 9, will they override to double it?! We shall see tomorrow! First time I've found a coupon that way.

  • IzzMad2016 Jun 22, 2010

allygirl02 -- they super double the coupons you would cut from the newspaper each Sunday

  • allygirl02 Jun 22, 2010

I live 45 min away from Harris Teeter. Would it be worth my drive if I didnt get there until 7pm on a Wednesday afternoon? Also, how do I get the coupons?

  • aprilmiller Jun 22, 2010

I've tried it. Dipping chicken nuggets in it is another option to the soft pretzels. I squirt it on my meatless chicken patties too -- not technically dipping but I'm not held to rigid standards around here. When it's all said and done: Just plain honey mustard sauce. Nothing too exciting, but free sure does make it a little sweeter! :)
Thanks for the Super Doubles list - I was beginning to think we wouldn't see a June "deal" at HT this month. I called to thank Mr. Teeter last month... I'll thank him again this month too!
