Good question samantha! At the wellness weekend, I am doing a brief meal planning session where I talk about some meal planning basics and then I am going to make a healthy, frugal easy and delicious weeknight baked ravioli that everyone gets to sample. At the 2.5 and 3 hour workshops, I cover all the techniques that will help you cut your grocery bills in half including couponing, store promotions, drug store rebates, meal planning, price book and more. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
