Thanks for answering her Nancy. I didn't realize she had posted the question.

Regarding Kroger - each store sets the policy for that store. For instance, the Garner Kroger let you use 2 coupons per item. You just need to ask at your store.

You are correct, LAX mom, nobody allows multiple manufacturer's coupons on the same product. You can use a manufacturer's coupon and store coupon on the same item at most places though. I often couple drug store sales adstore coupons with manufacturer coupons for added savings.
    And

  • Nancy May 1, 2010

LAXMom - At each store, the policies vary. At HT, you can use three identical coupons when purchasing three items shown on the coupon. The rule for identical coupons at Kroger seems unlimited, and at Lowes, it's 4 identical coupons for four same items.

And you can only use one coupon per item, in other words, if the coupon calls for buying (2) boxes of cereal, you can still only use one coupon for two boxes, as stipulated on the coupon.

    Hope that makes sense? ;)

  • LAXMom12 Apr 30, 2010

Faye - could you explain the three identical coupons rule? Does that mean 3 separate items and 3 coupouns for those items? Also, no one allows multiple coupons for the same item, correct?

dgk - $2 for box of Morningstar is a good deal right now. I would use them at triples.

Not sure how well soy milk freezes, but I will check online to see what I can find.

  • dkg0502 Apr 29, 2010

Anyone ever tried to freeze soy milk? Does it freeze well?

Faye...$4.25 is the price for Morningstar Farms black bean burgers. I have a bunch of .75 off coupons...which, if tripled is $2.00 a box. Good deal or not? We love them but I can hold out for a better deal...

Candi - The All You Magazine is found in Walmart stores or you can get a subscription. The Kraft Booklet is probably not available in any of local stores anymore. They were on store displays a while ago. Here is the link to the Hillshire Farm .55 off the hearty slices variety. Just copy and paste it into your browser:

    http://print.coupons.com/Couponweb/Offers.aspx?nid=10&pid=13223&zid=he00&cid=15112187

They only double and triple up to the amount of the product so if any of your items was less than the product fully tripled, it will not give you the full value of the tripled coupon.

  • lhagle Apr 29, 2010

    Hi candiking,

Sue Stock gives a great explanation of how to read your HT receipt. Her website is http://projects.newsobserver.com/taking_stock

Click on the Coupon 101 button then scroll down. Just above the section header "Track your savings in 2010" you will see "How to read receipts" with a link for Harris Teeter.

Hope that helps. Sure helped me!

  • candiking Apr 29, 2010

Faye (or any of you who know) Can you tell me what (and where) the Kraft Foods FL booklet is? Same for the All You magazine? They were listed in the HT triples list. On this list it says there is a printable Hillshire Farm coupon, but I can't find the link. I did a triples run at HT yesterday. Not sure what tripled and what didn't. Does anyone know what the codes are before and after the "scanned coupon" and "multiplied coupon" are? I have MC (I'd guess mfg coupon) or SC (?) on the left. On the right I have , after the dollar amount either a -F, -B, -T or just a -. I'm trying to figure out what multiplied and what did not. Like the yogurt blinkie coupon for .60. It had a -F after it. I should have seen a 1.20 down on the multiplied coupon part, but did not. I had 16 coupons and 14 of them multiplied. And I had odd amounts in the multiplied parts, like .85 and .94? Not sure where they came from. I'm new to this and just want to understand it. Thanks
