Happy - It is a happy day when you get double the coupons in your paper!! Thanks for sharing the other deals.

wralfan - let us know what corporate has to say.

Other great deals at Kroger. Whisker Lickens on sale for .89 but buy as part of the 8 = $4 and it is .49 each. Considering that I paid $1.50 at HT last week, I went ahead and bought 8 packages just to have in stock.

Also, they have Hillshire Farms lunch meat 10/$10. Sunday's paper had a .35 coupon so after doubling, I got for .30 and I was lucky enough that my Sunday paper had two batches of the same coupons so I got two packs for that price.

  • wralfan1 Mar 18, 2010

I went to the one on NC 55 in Apex Haddon hall place. I will try calling in the corporate.

wralfan - they should have taken the BOGO coupon. They took it for me just fine at the Kings Grant HT store yesterday. They should take off the cost of one of the bags at the sale price since they both ring up at 1/2 price. Did you speak with the manager? You may want to call HT corporate to inquire about the issue. I have never had a problem with BOGO coupon on BOGO sale at HT. I am curious - which HT was this that refused to take your legit coupon?

dcec - welcome to the blog! For each coupon listed, I usually put the date that the coupon was in the Sunday paper or I indicate if it is a printable coupon. When I write that the coupon was from the 2/21 inserts it is from the coupon inserts that were in teh paper on February 21. For printable coupons, you can find the links in the gray box at the top of the post. For newspaper coupons from previous weeks, you can order them for a handling fee from sites like www.thecouponclippers.com and ebay. Hope that helps!

Yes In kroger I bought 24 items on sale and got 3 times 4$ taken off inthe same receipt. Make sure the items are in the sale list. Customer support at kroger are GREAT. If it did not take out dollars off, they refund. I would prefer Kroger over any other store for low price and easy organization but HT gets my business because of their double upto 99 cents.

For the Kroger any 8 & save $4.00 ... if I buy 16 items, do I get an $8.00 savings?

  • wralfan1 Mar 18, 2010

I went to Harristeeter Yesterday. Bought 2 kraft shredded cheese. Was told I cannot use BOGO coupon since it is already a BOGO. Is this correct?

  • dcec48 Mar 17, 2010

I just joined Smart Shopper ---
Where, for example on the Lowes list for 3/17 do I find the coupons referred to?

    Thank You

    You are welcome Honda!

    Thanks for sharing Allyson!

Cokes - www.hotcouponworld.com has a great coupon database with the inserts from the newspapers as well as printables and the info on where other coupons (like blinkies) may be found. Very helpful to me each week when figuring out which coupons match the weekly sales.
