Thanks for sharing kitty and nancy! Great savings! I love that you tracked how much you donated - that's alot of product, kitty!

kittylover - Diet Coke LOL - just stocked up at Kroger today, the Mega Sale price of .69 cents each was the best price for a two liter I've seen in a long, long time!

For February, my subtotal before coupons and sales was $807.41, and I paid $258.37, saving 68%....or $64.59 a week for 3 people....this doesn't include my cat food and litter but does include my cleaning products, toiletries, paper products and all food items.

I donated $138.77 worth of products to charity. My freezer is stocked and my pantry and all my other storage spots are full.

March is a much leaner spending month for me...only the perishables will need to be purchased and our Diet Coke, of course! or any free items that I read about!

Well, I don't have it broken out by month, but since January 1st, my breakdowns are as follows for four adults.

Grocery store $2,599.60 received in goods $1,138.57 spent 56% savings overall

Drug Store $1,582.17 received in goods $618.06 spent 61% savings overall

And much has been donated to charities as well :)

Now that the winter holidays are over and I'm well stocked/stashed again, I can pull back on spending but still manage to donate because some deals are too good to pass up when I know others can use the items.
