Hi j - I use a free e-mail account from yahoo for most of these sign-ups so my main e-mail addy is not given out. It cuts down on the amount of e-mail spam. Many offers don't require the phone number so I don't offer it if not required. I only sign up for offers from reputable sites. If I am not familiar with the site or the manufacturer I don't post it here and I don't sign up for it myself. As far as your address goes - in order to get the freebies mailed to you, you have to give them your addy. If it's just for a printable coupon, you can always give your work address or PO Box, if you have one. I have not had any problems and have been signing up for coupons and freebies for 10 years now. But....I guess you never know. Can't be too safe. FYI - Sam's Club does not take coupons. BJ's does.
