Please let me know if they are able to figure it out. If not, while you in the store (if it is during business hours), ask the manager to call corporate and they can explain it to the manager. But they just need to process it as a gift card and then it will show on the receipt how much is left on the gift card after your transaction. You don't have to use the whole gift card at once. If it's a $5 one, you probably will, but with the $25 ones, I stretch it out over a couple weeks and a few different visits usually. Once they figure it out the first time, you shouldn't have any more issues with them. Good luck! :-)

smolder13 -- I honestly don't do much at all on Vocalpoint or Vocalpoint Voice. I visit the site once a month or so, and very seldom post on their message boards (like maybe 10 posts total over the last year). I DO, however, try to respond to the survey invitations that they email to me, because they usually are very short surveys -- often times only 2 or 3 questions.

I don't really fall for the "complete our survey for a chance to win $100" ruse.... Tell me I can definitely get $3 off my next purchase and I'm in, but for a "chance" for something, I usually pass. So I'd say I respond to the surveys because I don't mind taking the surveys, but never solely for the possibility of winning.
