phyllis - Did you click on the link in the e-mail to bring you to the Swagbucks website, then click on the link in the swagbucks website to go to the CVS website to print the CVS giftcard? It doesn't have anything about Swagbucks on the actual gift card. It is a printable CVS gift card that should be processed like any digital gift card you could buy from CVS. It sounds like you did not have a CVS gift card but a print out of the e-mail. Can you verify if you brought the gift card with the bar code or the printout of the e-mail into the store.

I have been using CVS gift cards printed through the Swagbucks website for well over a year with no issues at all. It has a bar code and clear instructions on how the cashier should process it. I always remind cashiers new to them that it is processed like a giftcard. Usually the bar code won't scan and they have to enter it manually, which always works just fine.

phyllis3066-I have been hesitant to cash in my SB for a cvs gift card for exactly the reason you just described. Please let us know what comes of the situation. I would love to get cvs gift cards but I'm afraid they won't take them.

I have a question about swag bucks, I finally earned enough points to get a cvs gift card, after it was verified and I got a email saying I had a cvs gift card in my account I printed it and took it to my local cvs, the cashier said what is this? Their system wouldnt accept it, she said a manager had to approve it and she had never heard of swag bucks, and she said they did not have a manager that was avaibile, I said ok i would come back another day, I talked to a manager today and she said she didnt know anything about swag bucks therefore i was unable to use it, my first time trying to use swagbucks do i print it or wait for a gift card in the mail totally confused.
