Coupon insert preview 9/23

There should be 1 Smart Source coupon insert in the Sunday paper this week. Sad, but true. The only coupon I know we will use is the .75/1 Yoplait Light yogurt with granola. I do hope we get that one! The Ziploc .55/1 Perfect Portions bag coupon could make for a good deal coupled with a BOGO sale at Harris Teeter or Lowes Foods.

Click HERE for a preview of the specific coupons we will probably have in our inserts this Sunday. The preview for the Smartsource insert is already available. Although some of these coupons may be a little different than the ones we receive, many will be the same.

If you buy the paper at a store on Sunday (instead of getting a subscription), make sure you buy it INSIDE the store, not from the paper boxes. You want to make sure your paper has the coupons in it before you pay, which you can't do if you are buying from the paper box.

I'm sure this has been asked & answered before, but can the coupons that are included in each Sunday's paper also be found on the respective websites (i.e. Smart Source, Red Plumb, etc.)? The only reason I buy the paper each Sunday is for the coupons inserts - if I'm able to access those same coupons online, and just print out the ones I want/need, it would make a lot more sense.

Also - when I was younger, I remember that in addition to Sundays, Wednesdays were also a day that newspapers including a lot of coupons. Is that still the case? I haven't seen anything about that mentioned anywhere.

I agree Faye...This week doesn't look too promising, although the $2/1 Marzetti refrigerated salad dressing could work out nicely for the next super doubles event! Well, my Allyou magazine came today and I still haven't filed all of last week's coupons, so I can use the catch up time ;)
