Here is your weekly list of good sale prices for the basics at our various grocery & drug stores including milk, meat, produce, eggs, bread, coupon items & more. This list includes deals from the sales ads, with a few regular priced items included. Please add any other great deals on basics that you find!

Kroger, CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens deals are valid through 9/15.

Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods, Food Lion and Aldi deals are valid through 9/18.

Harris Teeter Super Doubles promotion is taking place through Tuesday, September 18. They are doubling coupons worth $2 or less. For all the details and a good deals list, click the Super Doubles link in the box above. I did not list the Super Doubles deals in the list below. Please refer to the full list for these.

Food Lion Store Brand Super Sale: September 5th – October 2nd, buy Food Lion store brand items and receive a coupon to use on your next transaction. It’s basically like getting back .25 per item after the coupon prints out.

Buy 4 items, Save $1 (via a coupon that prints out for use on your next transaction)

Buy 6, Save $1.50

Buy 8, Save $2

Buy 10, Save $2.50

Buy 20, Save $5.00

Buy 40, Save $10.00

Kroger What a Deal Mega Event Promotion: Buy 10 participating items and save $5 at the register. Basically, you are getting 50 cents off each item. There will be more participating items marked in the store so look for the yellow shelf tags. You have to buy in multiples of 10 to get the discount.
