Coupon policy and tips during Super Doubles:

* HT will be Super Doubling coupons worth up to $2 face value. This means that a $1.50 coupon will double to $3.00, $1.00 coupon will double to $2.00 and a $2.00 coupon will double to $4.00!

* HT begins super doubling coupons at 7:00 AM on the first day of the sale. 24 hour stores do not super double coupons before 7:00 AM on the first day (at least that is how it has always worked in the past).

* HT will super double/double up to 20 coupons per household per day. Spouse's cards registered with the same address are linked because the policy is 20 per household, per day. If you have twenty $1 coupons and twenty .75 coupons, only 20 total will double. They will not double 20 coupons that are under $1 and also super double another 20 coupons that are over $1. It's 20 total coupons doubled per day.

* HT policy is to double up to 3 identical coupons (as long as you buy the product required for each coupon, of course). So, if you have five $1.00 coupons for a product, the policy is to only super double the first three.  They will accept 2 printable coupons per like item, per store, per day, according to their policy.

* If your store is out of many of the best deals by the time you get there (and that will likely be the case), ask when their next truck comes in for those products. If you can be there the next morning after a truck comes in, you have a chance of getting those items.

* Get rainchecks for any items they are out of to use another week. Rainchecks at Harris Teeter don't expire so you can even save them for the next Super Doubles event! If you get a raincheck, you will get the sale price when you use it but the store will not Super Double your coupon unless it is a Super Doubles event week.

kimshop-yes, you can. it's considered a competititor coupon.
I'm planning on using the FL Q for the gevalia coffee for $2 and having it double at HT :) too bad there's still not the $2 zvr which would have made it an awesome steal!

Garnier Fructis shampoo & conditioner is $3.69, less $1 doubled coupon and $1 zvr = .69!

corbin04: Maybe you and I are the only two left w/o smartphones to be able to carry the HT app into the store with us! ;-)

Anyway, after HT updated their eQ website, I am still able to click the eVic Coupons link in my weekly e-mail to go directly to the website and load eQs onto my card without logging in. (Some folks have reported that they now must also log in, but I do not.) Then from either the "My Specials" or the "All Specials" tab, the "My Shopping List" appears on the right. I no longer need to add any item to my list, but I choose "Email" rather than "Print", select "Coupons Only" from the drop-down list, and click the "Go" button. This week when I did this process, I was amazed to see that all 44 of my loaded eQs appeared in my list! If yours are not all showing up, maybe HT still has a limit for how many will print.

    Happy Savings!

Some of the Delmonte fruit cups are on closeout for 1.44. I think they were sugar-free. So with the $1/2 coupon, each 4pk is 44cents! My 11yr old eats them without complaint.

  • corbin04 Sep 12, 2012

Still trying to figure out how to print the HT evic list....anyone know. I can get only a partial list to print when i add an item from the weekly specials onto the shopping list and then hit print. It's not giving me all of them tho.
